Orders

How do I place an order?
Choose your bag and colour, click Add to Bag, then check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email store@thehandbaghouse.com with your order number.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories.

How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.95.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days. Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start a return. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — then it's on us.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Products

Are your bags designer brands?
No. The Handbag House curates its own selection of handbags. Our bags are not affiliated with any designer label.

What are the bags made of?
Materials and dimensions are listed on every product page.

Are colours accurate?
We photograph our bags carefully, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are encrypted and secure.
