Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75: $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after your order is processed. In total, most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of purchase. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take up to 3 additional business days.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You will never be charged extra shipping for this.

Delays and lost packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, such as weather or peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email store@thehandbaghouse.com with your order number.
